Customers no longer compare 10 search results. They call the name ChatGPT or Gemini gives them. That name needs to be yours. We do one thing: AEO.
Plug in your industry's numbers. You will see the money that walks out every time AI names a competitor.
This is an estimate based on your inputs and assumptions. It does not guarantee actual visibility or revenue.
Miss those few spots and you are cut before customers even start comparing. And who AI names is not decided by ad spend — it is decided by the evidence you leave on your site.

Conceptual illustration.
Enter your URL and we actually visit the site, read the same page an AI bot sees (before JavaScript runs), check robots.txt, the sitemap and llms.txt, and score 16 items.
We read your home page, robots.txt, sitemap.xml and llms.txt once each, just like a normal visit. Nothing on your site is changed.
Tip: run your site and a competitor that AI recommends, and compare them side by side.
The companies in AI answers are not lucky. They have passed all four steps below. We find the gates that are blocked and open them one by one.
robots.txt and security settings must allow AI search bots, and the body text must be visible without JavaScript.
Blocked by: blanket AI bot blocking, pages that are entirely images
Company name, industry, location, contact details and main services must be stated consistently in structured data and body text.
Blocked by: website, map listing and blog giving different information
Author and date, concrete details such as prices and procedures, and mentions elsewhere are what build trust.
Blocked by: nothing but unsupported claims like “the best service”
AI quotes sentences that answer customer questions directly, FAQs and comparison tables.
Blocked by: a website with only a company profile and history
The audit finds the blocked gates, and we open them in order of impact. All work follows the guidance each AI service has published.
We set allow and block rules for each AI search bot to match your company policy, and make pages that AI can read.
We make your information consistent and structured so that AI recognizes your company as one clear entity.
We research the questions customers actually ask AI and create pages with answers that can be quoted directly for each one.
We regularly ask the agreed list of questions to the major AI services and record whether your company is mentioned and which pages are cited.
| Your situation | Recommended steps |
|---|---|
| Not in AI answers at all | AB Open access + entity cleanup |
| Mentioned, but with wrong information | BD Consistent information + monitoring |
| Only competitors get recommended | BCD Stronger evidence and answer content |
| B2B targeting overseas buyers | ABC Multilingual answer content |
AEOUPGRADE is a newly launched AEO service. Instead of borrowing other people’s track records, we give our founding partners more of our time and better terms, and we will honestly record how AI answers change.
We only post real results on this page, with the client’s consent.
It depends on your industry and location. So before we start, we check the questions your customers actually ask AI and what AI answers today, and if there are no questions worth going after, we tell you straight. We do not guarantee AI answers or revenue; those are decided by each service and by the market.
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) means preparing your website and company information so that AI services that give direct answers, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI Overviews, understand your company correctly and mention or cite it in their answers. It is also called GEO (generative engine optimization).
SEO is the foundation of AEO, but they are not the same. Even with high search rankings, you can be left out of AI answers if AI bots are blocked, your company information is not structured, or you have no content that directly answers questions. Search ranking work is handled by our sister service SEOUPGRADE.
No. Each AI service decides its own answers. What we do is put in place the conditions for AI to read, understand and cite you, then regularly check AI answers to your key questions and report whether you are mentioned and how that changes.
Each bot has a different role. For example, OpenAI states that OAI-SearchBot (for search visibility) and GPTBot (for training) can be configured separately. We set them up to match your company policy, for example open to search and answers but closed to training.
Together we agree on a list of questions that customers in your industry are likely to ask. We then ask those questions to the major AI services on a regular schedule and record and compare whether you are mentioned, which pages are cited, and which competitors are mentioned.
